As true specialists in the golf industry, Golfers World has proudly been a leading European distributor for over 50 years. Our rich history is complemented by two iconic companies:
- Piguy : Founded in 1973 by Pierre Bouchayer and Guy Desheulles, and later led by Philippe Ploujoux, former captain of the French national team and the first French golfer to win the British Amateur, Piguy embodies excellence and tradition in the game of golf.
- Duchell: Founded in Utrecht in 1986, Duchell is known for its service and unrivalled specialist knowledge, offering a wide high-quality selection of products to golf courses in over 40 countries around the world.
Our divisions
Golfers World operates through two primary divisions:
Golf Course & Driving Range: We offer the best in driving range and golf course accessories, enhanced with cutting-edge technology to create venues that are both compelling for your customers and efficient for your operations.
Players Equipment: We supply a comprehensive range of premium brands, tailored for your pro shop, golf boutique, or online business.
We pride ourselves on our expertise in golf, our passion for customer service and our obsession with innovation such that we continuously seek to help you improve your business.
The business is 1/3 owned by management with private equity backing.
